RATE (Bangalore) is situated in a pollution free and natured environment on the outskirts of Bangalore. The institute own campus consists of an advanced Computer Lab, Library, Technical Labs, Seminar Halls, Recreation Halls, Indoor & Outdoor Game facilities , an International Hostel separately for both girls and boys along with a host of other amenities.

A home away from home is provided for both Boys and Girls separately. Students are provided delicious, hygienic cooked nutritious food. Students are provided with spacious rooms with all necessary infrastructures on sharing basis. Indoor and Outdoor sports facility are provided for the hostellers like Entertainment, Table Tennis, Caroms, Chess, Football, Cricket & Volleyball.

The institute’s hired hostel is under the supervision of the warden, who acts as a local guardian for all the students. The hostel- office is located at the institute.

A separate hostel is provided for girl students. Seats in the hostel will be filled on FRIST COME FRIST SERVIE BASIS. In case a student does not get accommodation in our hostel, he/she may be placed in any other hostel managed by other persons but frequently checked by our staff.

The management reserves the right of admission to any candidate to the hostel in matters of admission, training& discipline. The decision of the management will be final and legally binding.

Rs.26,000/- per year including hostel & Mess fees.

Hostel Accommodation fees charges Rs.7200/- per semester. Mess fees per month shall be charge in advance for semester and will be Rs.1700/- per month.

RATE Hostel’s has a very good health care system. This system ensure everyone gets access to Doctors, hospitals and other health care services.

Separate mess facilities for Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian provided in the Hostels. For hygiene and security reasons it is strictly forbidden to cook in the rooms.

A Public laundry service is available in the campus hostel at reasonable price.

A modern computer lab equipped with high configuration & servers is available in the institute. A wealth of software & several operating systems provide extensive opportunities towards info-tech training, as well as the use of modern teaching aid like simulation & computer based instruction.

The Faculty is well qualified and experienced in teaching. They have devised a unique method of teaching and examination pattern to improvise and feel at ease with the assessment patterns and thereby gear up their passing percentage.

The Department of Training, Counseling and Placement enriches the skills of students to cater to the requirements of Industries and to take up Technical and Professional responsibilities. The Department conducts Career Guidance Program and Personality Development Program to make the transition smooth for the students. Students are given exclusive training by an experienced team of professionals on Mock Group Discussions and Interviews to face the challenges in today's competitive job scenario.

The Training & Placement Cell at RATE is regularly in touch with the Companies in knowing their requirement and their advancements and is will guide the students in such a way that the students will perfectly fit into their requirements.

To learn new advancements and practical aspects of engineering students should have practical knowledge. Practical training for students will be conducted during the course of their project work.

Technical visits will be conducted twice a year to get our students acquainted with different projects of technical interest in the country. Students need not pay any charges for these visits other than for transportation if any.
